Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support daily operations within our food processing and manufacturing unit. This role involves managing dispatches, stock control, raw material logistics, documentation, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth and compliant operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch & Documentation: Plan and execute daily dispatches of finished goods. Generate accurate invoices and dispatch documentation through ERP. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards. Inventory & Stock Management: Perform weekly stock audits of raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods. Update inventory status in ERP and coordinate with purchase and production teams. Forecast stock requirements based on production plans and seasonal demand. Logistics & Material Handling: Arrange transportation of raw materials from farms, vendors, or procurement hubs to company warehouses. Negotiate rates and coordinate with transporters and daily wage laborers for cost-effective operations. Oversee the transfer of raw materials and packaging supplies to the processing plant as per daily production requests. Quality & Compliance: Conduct preliminary checks on raw materials upon arrival to ensure they meet quality standards. Coordinate sampling and inspection of goods during dispatch or transit, in line with client or regulatory needs. Monitor packaging material handling and storage to prevent contamination or spoilage. General Operational Support: Maintain records of material movement and ensure traceability for audits. Coordinate with QA/QC, purchase, and production departments for operational alignment. Manage procurement and distribution of office and plant stationery or consumables. Key Skills & Competencies: Working knowledge of ERP systems (inventory, billing, logistics modules) Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with food safety norms, FSSAI compliance, and handling perishable goods Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage field operations efficiently Show more Show less
