Job Title: Operations Executive (Sales & Logistics Support)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Operations Executive to support our marketing and sales team with day-to-day operations. This role involves handling deliveries, maintaining stock, managing storage, and supporting execution during sales activities. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can follow instructions and ensure smooth operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Deliveries

• Coordinate daily deliveries with transporters and customers
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products
• Track delivery status and report issues

Stock & Storage

• Maintain basic stock records (Excel / Google Sheets / manual)
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory
• Assist with stock counts and reconciliation

Sales Support

• Support marketing heads during sales campaigns and order execution
• Prepare and pack orders during high-sales periods
• Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and delivery partners

General Support

• Follow instructions from founders and marketing heads
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks as required
• Flag delays, damages, or stock issues immediately

Requirements

• Own two-wheeler / vehicle is mandatory
• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad/other cities
• Basic education (12th / Diploma / Graduate – flexible)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic Excel / mobile app usage preferred
• Willingness to do field and warehouse work
• Reliable, punctual, and honest

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Not a senior or managerial role
• No expert-level experience required
• No strategic decision-making responsibility
