Job Title: Operations Manager

Department: Operations & Project Management

Location: Delhi

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end operations related to CCTV surveillance projects and rental services. This includes planning, execution, logistics, team coordination, vendor management, and client handling to ensure timely project completion and smooth daily operations. The role demands strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the overall operations of CCTV installation, maintenance, and rental projects.
  • Coordinate with project, technical, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and setup.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Handle manpower allocation — technicians, engineers, field staff, and site supervisors.
  • Oversee procurement, dispatch, and return of CCTV equipment and accessories for various projects.
  • Manage vendor relations and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
  • Track and maintain inventory records, project materials, and asset utilization.
  • Review client requirements and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and reporting.
  • Maintain coordination with the accounts team for billing, project costing, and expense control.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and implement operational SOPs.
  • Ensure safety and compliance at all project sites.
  • Lead and motivate the operations team for higher performance and accountability.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and project execution processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Engineering / Management / Technical field (preferred: Electrical, Electronics, or IT).
  • MBA or Diploma in Operations Management (added advantage).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in CCTV surveillance, security systems, or IT infrastructure domain.
  • Experience in rental-based operations will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
