Operation Manager

As an Operation Manager at Lamifab Industries, an ISO Certified Company specializing in Plastic Tarpaulins and Irrigation Pipe Solutions, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety on the production line. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, leading teams, and managing resources at factory locations. It is important to note that frequent travel to production sites (Factory) will be required to monitor operations, resolve issues, and implement improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality production while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. - Lead and manage production teams, including supervisors and operators, to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, driving performance improvements. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. - Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure materials and resources are available as needed for production. - Address and resolve any operational issues during production to minimize disruptions to manufacturing timelines. - Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high production standards and ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements. - Monitor production costs, implement cost-saving measures, and improve profitability through efficient operations. - Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), production targets, and operational performance to senior management. - Travel regularly to different manufacturing facilities to provide hands-on leadership, assess operations, and implement company strategies at the factory level. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous. - Background in the plastic or manufacturing industry is preferred but not required. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with a track record of improving production efficiency. Freshers are encouraged to apply. - Age criteria between 25-35 years. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and quality management systems. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies is beneficial. - Willingness and ability to travel frequently to factory locations as necessary. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
