Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Coordinate with doctors and other medical professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Maintain accurate records and reports of patient information and treatment outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with electronic health records and other healthcare software systems.
