Position: Operations Manager Experience Required:✔ 6+ years of experience in hotel/resort operations.✔ Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Services & Maintenance.✔ Prior leadership experience in hospitality is essential. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational activities across departments. Ensure smooth guest services and service quality standards. Team management, training & staff scheduling. Maintain strict control of inventory, machinery, and hotel assets. Vendor management & cost control. Coordinate with management on property performance & improvement plans. Monitor customer feedback, handle escalations, ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and statutory guidelines. Maintain workplace safety, fire regulations, hygiene, and quality compliance. Ensure departmental checklists, audits, and reports are properly maintained.
