Machine Setup & Operation Set up and operate printing presses with UV or 1 over 1 perfecting technology according to job specifications. Quality Control Monitor production for consistent print quality, including color accuracy, alignment, and UV curing. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation. Identify and resolve minor mechanical or printing issues independently. Minimize material waste and machine downtime. Maintain detailed records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered. 5. Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Handle UV inks and related materials in accordance with safety guidelines. Keep workstations clean and organized in line with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certification in printing operations or UV printing technology is an asset. Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience operating printing machines in a production environment. Hands-on experience with UV printing and 1 over 1 perfecting systems highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: Proficient in machine operation, quality control, and basic troubleshooting. Solid understanding of UV ink systems and perfecting press technology. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions. Effective team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
