Role Purpose:

Lead and manage a sales team to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers.
Present and explain products or services.
Handle customer queries and close sales.
Achieve set sales targets regularly.
Maintain records of leads and sales activity.

Requirements:

Graduate in any field.
2+ years of sales experience (BFSI experience is a plus).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Local candidates preferred.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
