Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of LAP (Loan Against Property) sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new customers through DSA channels.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth in the mortgage business.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

4-7 years of experience in mortgage sales or related field.
Strong knowledge of LAP loans, mortgage loans, and DSA techniques.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
