Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs to source affordable LAP business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP products.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent business flow.
Provide training and support to DSAs on product features, documentation, and compliance.

Process & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory norms.
Monitor quality of sourced cases to minimize risk and maintain portfolio health.

Market Intelligence:

Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Share feedback with product and credit teams for continuous improvement.

Customer Focus:

Ensure smooth processing of applications and timely disbursement.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
36 years
of experience in LAP sales, with a focus on affordable segment.
Prior experience in managing DSAs is mandatory
Strong knowledge of
Loan Against Property (LAP)
products, especially in the
affordable segment
.
Proven experience in
DSA sourcing and management
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Familiarity with credit policies and documentation requirements.
