Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) to achieve sales targets for LAP (Loan Against Property) products.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase mortgage business through various channels.
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements :

4-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in LAP loans.
Strong understanding of mortgage loans, including loan against property concepts.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role as DSA Manager or equivalent position.
