Set up and Manage Sales Team in respective locations. Achieve of Business Target & Financial for Loyalty Personal Loans and other Product/ assigned responsibility that the company may enter into.

Managing a team of Sales Executives. Acquire and manage relationship with internal & External stakeholders, including TW dealerships, Used Car Teams, End to end co-ordination with the credit Teams,

Operations Teams, Product Team for sourcing of Leads, Improvement of Existing processes, disbursements, Clearing of discrepancies. Maintaining the Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), Policies & Hygiene, laid down by the company.

Controlling the FEMI of each Loan and hence controlling delinquency for the assigned Locations Ensuring TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience.

Educate the customer specifically on not to bounce their EMIs. Manage all customer grievance / customer issues pertaining to loan disbursal.

All responsibilities should be performed as per the company Values and guidelines mentioned in the company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.

Focus on Digital Disbursement and process. Specially on E-mandate

Job Requirements :

6-11 years of experience in retail banking or related field, preferably in sales management role.
Strong understanding of personal loans, cross selling, and cross sales principles.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
