Sales Manager - Cross Sell

As a candidate for the role of achieving Business Targets & financials for Loyalty Personal Loans and other assigned responsibilities, you will be responsible for the following: - Achieving Business Targets & financials for Loyalty Personal Loans and any other Product/ assigned responsibility that the company may enter into. - Leading a team of Sales Executives and Channel Associates. - Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, coordinating with Credit Teams, Operation Teams, and Product Teams for lead sourcing, process improvement, disbursements, customer approvals, and discrepancy resolution. - Ensuring compliance with Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), policies, and hygiene standards set by the company. - Controlling the FEMI, SEMI, TEMI of each loan to manage delinquency in the assigned location. - Keeping Non-performing Loans and Post Disbursal Documents pendency percentage under control. - Maintaining TAT & Accuracy to enhance customer experience. - Ensuring all cases are handled correctly the first time. - Educating customers to prevent EMI bounces. - Managing customer grievances and issues related to loan disbursal. - Performing all responsibilities in alignment with Company Values, policies, and Code of Conduct. Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. - Prior experience in channel management for a similar product.
