Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to lead the Agency Sales team for one of Indias top life insurance companies.

The ideal candidate should bring deep domain expertise in the Agency vertical, a proven track record in team management, and consistent high performance in driving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Manage a team of on-roll Sales Managers and indirectly manage a large team of Financial Advisors/Agents.
Recruit, Train, and Develop the Agency sales force and drive productivity through performance management.
Achieve Branch Business Targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tracking team performance.
Monitor daily activity of Sales Managers and ensure they are meeting defined goals.
Drive activation and retention of agents through strong engagement programs.
Maintain healthy business mix and ensure high persistency of policies sold.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Training, Operations) to support branch growth.
Regularly analyze branch performance reports and take corrective actions as required.

Desired Candidates Profile:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales, preferably in the Agency Channel.
At least 2 years of experience in team handling leading Sales Managers or equivalent.
Proven track record of achieving 1 Cr+ individual business in previous roles.
Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
Result-oriented, self-driven, and strategic in approach.
