Branch Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the branch in the MP & CG region for Hisense, a global leader in LED TVs & Air Conditioners. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive experience in the MPCG market to develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sub-dealers. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your minimum 10+ years of experience in the MPCG market, with at least 3+ years as a Branch Manager, to drive sales and growth for Hisense. - Focus on developing and expanding the channel network quickly in the MP & CG region. - Leverage your strong local network to immediately establish contacts and drive business opportunities. - Demonstrate expertise in team leadership, dealer/distributor handling, and achieving sales growth. - Utilize your deep geographical knowledge of MP & CG to strategically position Hisense products in the market. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in the MPCG market. - Industry background in Electronics, Home Appliances, or AC industries. - Strong network with dealers & sub-dealers in the region. - Proven ability to quickly develop a channel network in the MPCG market. - Excellent team leadership skills and a track record of sales growth. - Immediate availability or able to join within 30 days.
