Branch Manager

A finance branch manager oversees daily operations, staff, and performance to ensure the branch meets its financial and service goals while adhering to regulations. Key responsibilities include managing staff through hiring and training, developing strategic plans, monitoring financial performance and budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of financial products, regulations, leadership, and customer service. Key responsibilities

• Operations and staff management: Oversee daily branch operations, recruit, train, and manage staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Financial management: Develop and manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance (revenue, costs, profits), and prepare financial reports.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals, meet sales targets, and grow the customer base.
• Customer relations: Ensure high standards of customer service, handle escalated complaints, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Compliance: Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and legal and financial regulations.
• Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role in financial services.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is often required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with financial management software and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
