Job Description

A business development manager's job description includes identifying new business opportunities, creating strategies to increase revenue, and building client relationships.   • Identify opportunities: Find new markets, trends, and strategic opportunities for the company's products and services.
  • Develop strategies: Create and implement business and sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate leads: Pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals from the sales team.
  • Nurture relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate contracts and close business deals that contribute to sustained revenue.
  • Create proposals: Develop business proposals, presentations, and contract agreements.
  • Collaborate internally: Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to align strategies, develop new offerings, and meet business goals.
  • Analyze performance: Monitor and evaluate business performance using key metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.

Additional duties

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings.
  • Use CRM software to manage client interactions and track progress.
  • Prepare status reports on goals and objectives.
  • Stay current on industry developments and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
