Business Development Manager (BDM)
Salary ₹15000 - ₹20,000 + Incentives
Role Overview : Lead business development efforts, focusing on strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement business strategies.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
* Manage a team of BDEs.
* Achieve and report on sales targets.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
* Extensive experience in 1- 3 yrs business development or sales in finance.
* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
