Manager - Business Development

Role: Senior Business Development Executive – Sales

Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales
Industry Preference: Risk Mitigation | BFSI
Compensation: Up to a 30% increase on the current fixed salary (capped at 6 LPA) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Identify and engage potential banking clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and senior management.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Assess client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated on industry trends in risk mitigation and credit lifecycle management.
• Provide valuable market insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA or a minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the risk mitigation sector.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals with top-tier clients.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with expertise in engaging senior management.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services client requirements.
• Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
