This role will primarily focus on attendance management, payroll support, and basic statutory compliance , along with handling general administration, manpower coordination, and procurement tasks . Key Responsibilities Accounts & Statutory Maintain daily attendance records (biometric/manual). Prepare monthly payroll inputs, OT calculations, and leave summaries. Assist with ESI, PF, PT, and GST documentation and filing coordination. Handle basic accounting entries and voucher preparation. Administration Manage office documentation, filing, and record-keeping. Support manpower coordination — onboarding, maintaining staff records, coordinating with contract workers, etc. Assist in procurement of raw materials, consumables, and office supplies.
