Business Development Manager (3–4 Years) – Mumbai & Ahmedabad Flying Horses Production , a leading creative advertising and production agency with offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad , is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic business networks, and expanding the company’s presence across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities Identify and target high-potential industries for ad films, brand campaigns, digital content, and creative production services Generate qualified leads through detailed market research, outreach initiatives, networking, and industry mapping Deliver compelling pitches and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers Understand client objectives, market trends, and budget frameworks to align proposals effectively Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational sales goals Maintain a structured and transparent sales pipeline with timely reporting and follow-ups Stay updated on trends within advertising, digital media, production, and related sectors Candidate Requirements 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Experience may be from any industry , including media, events, technology, startups, agencies, corporate sales, or production Strong selling, networking, and negotiation skills Ability to identify relevant industries and approach high-value clients with confidence Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of performing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
