Job Description

You are urgently seeking a Branch Manager for the MP & CG Region based in Indore for Hisense, a company specializing in LED TVs & Air Conditioners. Hisense is a global leader, ranking No.1 in Mini LED, Laser TV, and 100+ inch TVs, and No.2 worldwide in total TV shipments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the MPCG market, including at least 3+ years as a Branch Manager. Industry background should be in Electronics, Home Appliances, or AC industries. It is essential to have a strong local network with dealers & sub-dealers and the ability to immediately leverage contacts. Proven skills in developing a channel network swiftly in MPCG are required. The candidate should possess high visibility and a strong face value in the market, along with deep geographical knowledge of MP & CG. A successful track record in team leadership, dealer/distributor handling, and driving sales growth is crucial. Immediate or maximum within 30 days is the expected joining timeline.
