Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager position located in Kolhapur. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring efficiency in service delivery. Responsibilities include meeting financial and operational targets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, leading and mentoring team members, and driving growth through strategic planning and local market insights.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, business development, and achieving financial targets
Strong customer relationship management and team leadership skills
Ability to analyze market dynamics and develop strategic plans
Knowledge of financial products, housing loans, and compliance regulations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using technology-driven tools and platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Familiarity with local market and an understanding of the housing finance sector is an advantage
