We are a young team of over 1,000 professionals serving 200+ locations in 13 states across India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bundi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assisting them with their financial needs, and providing personalized housing finance solutions. Daily tasks will include customer consultation, credit assessment, loan processing, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the application process. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries. Qualifications Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Ability to assess credit and financial situations, perform risk management, and process loans Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for loan processing Experience in the financial services or housing finance sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field Show more Show less
