The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in education management, including roles such as Team Leader or Assistant Manager, and a proven track record of leading teams, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. You will oversee daily branch operations, mentor staff, implement marketing initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve branch goals and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of staff to achieve individual and branch performance targets.
• Implement marketing, outreach, and student engagement initiatives at the branch level.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive learning environment.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven experience in EdTech, education management, or training institutes.
