About the Role:

As a New Business Development Executive at Future Mercury, you will be the frontline of our agency’s growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, connect, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships. You’ll work across sectors—Hospitality, FMCG, Lifestyle, Gaming, and more—offering Future Mercury’s full-stack creative and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

•⁠ ⁠Identify potential clients across industries through online research, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and industry databases

•⁠ ⁠Qualify leads and initiate conversations through emails, calls, and social media outreach

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a steady pipeline of new business opportunities


Pitching & Proposal Building

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the creative and strategy team to craft compelling pitch decks and proposals

•⁠ ⁠Present Future Mercury’s services with confidence across digital, mainline (ATL), and BTL touchpoints

•⁠ ⁠Customize presentations based on industry needs and brand challenges


Relationship Building

•⁠ ⁠Nurture relationships with decision-makers, founders, and marketing heads

•⁠ ⁠Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Act as a brand ambassador for Future Mercury in all external conversations


Reporting & Target Management

•⁠ ⁠Track outreach, follow-ups, pipeline status, and closure rates

•⁠ ⁠Provide weekly reports on business development progress to leadership

•⁠ ⁠Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings, leads, and conversions


Market Intelligence

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor activity, and new service models

•⁠ ⁠Recommend new service offerings or pricing strategies based on client feedback


Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Media, or related field

•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in a creative/marketing agency)

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of presentation tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint etc.

•⁠ ⁠CRM experience is a plus
