As a New Business Development Executive at Future Mercury, you will be the frontline of our agency’s growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, connect, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships. You’ll work across sectors—Hospitality, FMCG, Lifestyle, Gaming, and more—offering Future Mercury’s full-stack creative and marketing solutions.

• Identify potential clients across industries through online research, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and industry databases
• Qualify leads and initiate conversations through emails, calls, and social media outreach
• Maintain a steady pipeline of new business opportunities
• Work closely with the creative and strategy team to craft compelling pitch decks and proposals
• Present Future Mercury’s services with confidence across digital, mainline (ATL), and BTL touchpoints
• Customize presentations based on industry needs and brand challenges
• Nurture relationships with decision-makers, founders, and marketing heads
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Act as a brand ambassador for Future Mercury in all external conversations
• Track outreach, follow-ups, pipeline status, and closure rates
• Provide weekly reports on business development progress to leadership
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings, leads, and conversions
• Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor activity, and new service models
• Recommend new service offerings or pricing strategies based on client feedback
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Media, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in a creative/marketing agency)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of presentation tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint etc.
• CRM experience is a plus
