New Business Development Executive

As a New Business Development Executive at a Design Company in Bangalore operating in the Corporate Furniture, Lighting System, Corporate Flooring, Tiles, Plywood, and PMCs industry with 2 to 4 years of experience, your role involves being hungry to grow any business and building lasting relationships with Architects, PMCs, and Facility Managers at corporates. You will be responsible for marketing & executing projects across the 4 southern states, developing short & long-term NBD strategies, and achieving stiff targets under pressure. Your flair for design & branding is essential to understand people and build awareness about the company's products/services among clients. Key Responsibilities: - Establish & grow contacts with PMCs, architects, and leading contractors across the 4 southern states. - Canvas & pitch for new business, identifying target audiences, and developing a robust marketing plan with specific objectives across different channels and segments. - Analyze business trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. - Create, maintain, and conduct job reports across markets & multiple channels, reporting to senior leaders. - Work with the creative team to develop creative briefs, guide creative direction, and manage content for customer and internal touchpoints. - Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. - Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives, track and analyze results, and optimize accordingly. - Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns. - Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
