Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role includes market analysis, sales planning, and execution, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet the company's business goals.

• Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition skills
• Market Analysis, Sales Planning, and Strategy Development skills
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
