The team consists of doctors dedicated to developing new generation medical solutions for women. Cosma Health is located in New Delhi and offers innovative healthcare products. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder Office Intern at Cosma Health in New Delhi. The role will involve assisting in various office tasks, supporting the founders in day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth of the organization through research, data analysis, and administrative support. Job Responsibilities: Assist in medical or pharmaceutical content creation and review Conduct research on drugs, treatments, healthcare trends, or regulatory guidelines Support business development with technical inputs and documentation Help prepare product literature, presentations, and marketing material Participate in discussions around product development, especially with a pharma/health focus Coordinate with medical professionals, suppliers, or institutions if needed Handle administrative and operational tasks to support daily activities Help draft proposals, presentations, and internal documents Coordinate across teams for updates, follow-ups, and deliverables Manage calendars, meetings, and communications Contribute to product, marketing, hiring, or fundraising activities as needed Assist the founder in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives What You’ll Gain: Direct mentorship from the founder Hands-on exposure to multiple startup functions Opportunity to take ownership of projects Potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Knowledge of healthcare industry trends is a plus Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic team Completed Bpharma/D pharma Show more Show less
