Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advisory Board Member – Obstetrics & Gynaecology located in New Delhi. The Advisory Board Member will provide expert guidance and strategic advice, contribute to research projects, participate in fundraising initiatives, and collaborate with the marketing team. The member will also analyze financial reports and data to inform project decisions and support the overall mission of Cosma Health.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned medical professional with expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join our Advisory Board. The ideal candidate will provide strategic insights, clinical guidance, and contribute to the advancement of women's health initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Consultation:

  Offer expert advice on clinical practices, patient care models, and women's health programs.

• Policy Development:

  Assist in formulating and reviewing clinical guidelines and protocols.

• Educational Contributions:

  Participate in the development of training materials and continuing medical education programs.

• Research Oversight:

  Provide input on research initiatives and ensure alignment with current medical standards.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Act as a liaison between the organization and the broader medical community.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:

  MBBS with postgraduate qualifications (MS and DGO) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

• Experience:

  Fresher or Minimum of 1 year in clinical practice, with a focus on women's health.

• Skills:

  Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ethical medical practices.

• Professional Standing:

  Registered with the Medical Council and in good professional standing.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in advisory or leadership roles within medical institutions or organizations.
• Involvement in clinical research or academic publications.
• Familiarity with healthcare policies and regulatory frameworks.
