Your primary responsibility will be to identify, connect, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships. You’ll work across sectors—Hospitality, FMCG, Lifestyle, Gaming, and more—offering Future Mercury’s full-stack creative and marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting • Identify potential clients across industries through online research, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and industry databases • Qualify leads and initiate conversations through emails, calls, and social media outreach • Maintain a steady pipeline of new business opportunities Pitching & Proposal Building • Work closely with the creative and strategy team to craft compelling pitch decks and proposals • Present Future Mercury’s services with confidence across digital, mainline (ATL), and BTL touchpoints • Customize presentations based on industry needs and brand challenges Relationship Building • Nurture relationships with decision-makers, founders, and marketing heads • Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups • Act as a brand ambassador for Future Mercury in all external conversations Reporting & Target Management • Track outreach, follow-ups, pipeline status, and closure rates • Provide weekly reports on business development progress to leadership • Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings, leads, and conversions Market Intelligence • Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor activity, and new service models • Recommend new service offerings or pricing strategies based on client feedback Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Media, or related field • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in a creative/marketing agency) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams • Working knowledge of presentation tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint etc. • CRM experience is a plus What You’ll Get at Future Mercury: • The chance to work closely with agency founders and top-tier clients • A creative, ambitious, and collaborative work environment • Opportunity to grow into a strategic role in the business development or account leadership team • Access to the full stack of creative and marketing services to confidently sell and scale DM on 8530082202 or mail us at cs@futuremercury.com
