New Business Development Executive

As a New Business Development Trainee, you will be part of our Sales and Marketing team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are seeking a passionate MBA Intern with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a strong interest in driving business growth through innovative strategies. Your role will involve hands-on experience in sales outreach, digital marketing campaigns, and strategic planning to directly contribute to the company's success. Your responsibilities will include assisting in generating new leads through research, supporting the team in delivering sales pitches and presentations, and maintaining records in the CRM system. You will also be involved in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters, and analyzing campaign performance for enhancements. Additionally, you will conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies, providing insights to improve sales and marketing strategies. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. To excel in this role, you should be pursuing an MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have a creative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking abilities, and basic knowledge of Sales processes and Marketing strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous, while knowledge of social media platforms, Google Analytics, or SEO is a bonus. Willingness to travel if required is essential.
