Job Description

Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and development. Foster a positive work environment to enhance team morale and retention. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Sales Target Achievement Ensure the achievement of sales targets for the zone, both for individual representatives and the team as a whole. Track and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure regular doctor visits and provide feedback to the sales team for improved customer engagement. Reporting & Analysis Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager or higher management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for improving market share. Operational Efficiency Plan and optimize territory allocation, medical representative routes, and resource utilization. Ensure the team operates within the allocated budget and follows company protocols for expense management. Compliance & Ethics Ensure the team adheres to all industry regulations, ethical practices, and company policies. Prepare for and manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate with senior management for strategic decision-making and goal setting. Training & Development Identify training needs for the team and coordinate with HR for relevant training programs. Ensure new hires are properly onboarded and trained on product knowledge and sales techniques. Key Requirements : Education : Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing is preferred. Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to drive sales strategies and manage a large team. Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and healthcare regulations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
