Role Overview

Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive national sales for our AI-driven Recruitment-as-a-Service offering
• Identify, target, and acquire mid-sized startups and SMEs across India
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
• Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing our AI-based recruitment capabilities
• Engage directly with CEOs, founders, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs
• Negotiate pricing, proposals, and long-term contracts
• Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM hygiene
• Serve as the face of the company at founder events, startup forums, and industry webinars
• Provide market insights to enhance product positioning and client experience

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience selling to startups or SMEs

  (must-have)
• 8–15 years of B2B sales experience in HR tech, SaaS, staffing, or service-based businesses
• Strong history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Ability to present to and influence

  CEOs, founders, and CXO-level leaders

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
