As part of its growth strategy, the organisation is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer based in India. This role ensures products, materials, and services meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers. Key responsibilities include performing inspections, managing supplier quality, establishing production processes, and driving lean, efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous improvement toward zero defects, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and foster a culture of quality. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other certifications; prepare reports and analyze data to monitor quality performance. Lead root cause analysis for product defects and implement effective corrective actions. Verify incoming materials against specifications through supplier documentation review and inspections. Inspect and test materials, components, and products throughout production to ensure adherence to standards. Collaborate with local suppliers to improve yield, reduce inspection requirements, and enhance quality processes at supplier facilities; perform source inspections as needed. Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues by eliminating root causes, maintaining quality data, and providing timely feedback; drive performance toward Six Sigma standards. Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections, recording results and partnering with production teams to address defects. Measure product dimensions, verify functionality, and ensure compliance with specified tolerances. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in quality inspection and manufacturing engineering. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Lean manufacturing principles. Proficient in using measurement tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges). Familiarity with compliance standards (UL, CE, FCC, RoHS) and statistical process control (SPC). Expertise in plastic injection moulding and metal forming processes. Skilled in blueprint reading, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and quality inspection software; proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of OSHA and other international regulations. This role will focus on analysing the E-Mobility and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) markets, developing and promoting a product portfolio aligned with customer needs, and managing it throughout its lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defining market requirements, building effective sales channels, executing regional marketing strategies, and traveling extensively across India to maximize opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct market analysis to assess norms, size, and segmentation, building a strong business case for growth through automotive OEMs, battery manufacturers, charger companies, and wiring harness suppliers Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars to showcase solutions and strengthen brand presence Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and inform strategic decisions Collaborate with global marketing teams to design and execute region-specific campaigns and initiatives.
