Role Overview

National Sales Head

proven sales expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to drive profitability at scale



Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

·        Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.

·        Conduct territory mapping, demand forecasting, and target allocation for regional teams.

·        Align sales objectives with overall business and profitability targets.

2. Market Expansion

·        Drive penetration in existing regions and expand into new markets across India.

·        Launch new products and categories in line with company growth plans.

·        Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.

3. Dealer & Distribution Management

·        Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks to maximize reach and efficiency.

·        Design and oversee dealer incentive programs, credit policies, and sales promotions.

·        Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy channel profitability.

4. Online & Digital Sales

e-commerce platforms

digital campaigns, lead generation, and online visibility

·        Analyze online sales data and customer behavior to optimize conversions.

5. Team Leadership

·        Lead and mentor regional/zonal sales managers and on-ground sales teams.

6. Sales Operations & Reporting
