Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support our management team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our decision-making process, responsible for developing and maintaining reporting systems, creating dashboards, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a master of MS Excel, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to senior management and other departments.
• Data Collection: Collect, collate, and clean large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, sales databases).
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
• Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain automated dashboards and visualizations (using Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools) to present key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all data and reports. Perform regular data audits and validations.
• Automation: Automate routine reporting processes using MS Excel Macros (VBA) and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand their data requirements and provide ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements for data management and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in an MIS, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel is essential. This includes mastery of Pivot Tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH), and conditional formatting.
• Strong experience with Excel Macros (VBA) for report automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
