Spar Appliances is a fast-growing company dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative home appliances. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze critical business data, primarily using Google Workspace tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Management & Reporting: Create and Maintain workflows in Google sheets as per the procedures of the company.

* Design, develop, and maintain robust dashboards and reports in Google Sheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments (Sales, Inventory, Operations, Finance).

* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.

* Automate routine data consolidation and reporting tasks using Google Sheets formulas, Pivot Tables, and Google Apps Script (a strong plus).

* Data Analysis:

* Conduct insightful data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations to management.

* Create visualizations (charts and graphs) within Google Sheets to present complex data clearly.

* System and Tool Management:

* Manage and optimize data flow between different company systems and Google Sheets.

* Provide support and training to team members on effective use of reporting tools and data entry procedures.

* Ad-Hoc Projects:

* Fulfill requests for custom data extraction and analysis from various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Statistics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

* Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a Data Analysis, MIS, or Reporting role.

* Technical Expertise (Must Have):

* Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets is non-negotiable, including advanced use of:

* Complex functions (e.g., QUERY, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, FILTER, conditional formulas).

* Pivot Tables for quick data summarization.

* Data Validation and Conditional Formatting.

* Strong knowledge of Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) for advanced visualization is a significant advantage.

* Proficiency in other Google Workspace apps (Docs, Slides, Forms).

* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
