About Us

MIS Executive


Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Data Management (60%)

  • Collect, compile, and maintain staffing data from internal databases, job portals, and client VMS portals.
  • Analyze large volumes of unorganized data from multiple client VMS systems and convert them into structured, actionable reports.
  • Design and implement a

    reporting framework from scratch

    , including templates, dashboards, and automated trackers.
  • Consolidate data from different sources into a centralized MIS system.
  • Develop data cleaning, validation, and transformation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on job requisitions, candidate pipelines, offer status, joining ratios, and recruiter performance.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports for management to support decision-making.

Social Media Coordination (40%)

  • Plan and schedule regular posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create simple graphics, infographics, and short videos using tools like Canva or similar.
  • Post job openings, success stories, and company updates to boost employer branding.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to basic inquiries, and share relevant industry news.
  • Track and report basic social media analytics (reach, engagement, followers).


Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, advanced formulas).
  • Strong ability to organize and structure large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience in setting up MIS reporting systems, dashboards, and data workflows from scratch.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM/ATS systems (preferred).
  • Basic skills in Canva or other design tools for content creation.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn job posting and social media scheduling tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask between analytical and creative work.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
