Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Recruiting & Community Engagement (50%)

  • Recruit nurses and healthcare professionals through social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, graphics) to attract and engage travel nurses.
  • Manage and grow online communities (Facebook groups, Instagram followers), engaging through comments, DMs, and live Q&A sessions.
  • Post job openings, success stories, and travel nurse tips to boost employer branding.
  • Build trust with nurses by being empathetic, relatable, and approachable — not just “posting jobs.”
  • Run and optimize paid ads on Facebook/Instagram to attract qualified nursing candidates.
  • Track social recruiting metrics (CPL, lead conversion, hires) and continuously refine strategies.

2. MIS & Data Analytics (50%)

  • Collect, compile, and maintain staffing and recruitment data from ATS/CRM, job portals, and client VMS portals.
  • Analyze large volumes of unstructured data and convert into clear, actionable reports.
  • Build dashboards and trackers to monitor recruiter performance, job requisition status, joining ratios, and candidate pipelines.
  • Create automated reporting frameworks and templates to support decision-making.
  • Track social recruiting performance using UTMs, Google Analytics, and CRM reports.
  • Consolidate insights to guide both recruitment and marketing strategies.


Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data cleaning).
  • Familiar with ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn, Avionté, or similar).
  • Skilled in Canva/CapCut (or similar tools) for graphics and video editing.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting frameworks.


Recruitment & Social Media Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare staffing or travel nurse recruiting (preferred).
  • Strong copywriting skills for job ads and social posts.
  • Ability to qualify nursing leads quickly and accurately.
  • Confident in engaging candidates through video, live sessions, and DMs.


Soft Skills:

  • Outgoing, empathetic, and relatable personality.
  • Highly organized and consistent with content calendars and reporting schedules.
  • Responsive and agile – understands urgency in travel nurse recruiting.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset.
