Handle 100–200 calls per day with accuracy and professionalism.
Ensure smooth communication and maintain quality standards.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Minimum 1+ year of experience working with US clients in a calling profile, with strong understanding of American accent, vocabulary, and professional communication style.
Ability to work in a night shift (non-rotational).
Should be comfortable making outbound calls.
