Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential merchants and brands and introduce our product in a clear and confident manner.
Identify decision-makers, understand basic requirements, and schedule discovery or demo calls for the sales team.
Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email using predefined templates.
Record all customer interactions, call outcomes, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
Handle basic objections and communicate the value proposition effectively.

Share brochures, videos, testimonials, and other marketing materials with prospects.
Conduct basic research to identify new lead sources and merchant segments.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment.
Adhere to daily targets for call volume, connects, and meetings booked.
