🔹 Create engaging content (Reels, Shorts, graphics) to build trust and attract candidates.
🔹 Manage and grow online nurse communities through groups, DMs, and live sessions.
🔹 Run and optimize paid ads on Facebook/Instagram to generate quality leads.
🔹 Track recruiting performance through Google Analytics, UTMs, ATS/CRM reports.
✔️ Strong content creation & copywriting skills.
✔️ Skilled in Canva/Cap Cut (or similar tools).
✔️ Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & social media analytics.
✔️ Outgoing, empathetic, and highly responsive — able to build real connections with nurses.
✔️ Organized and consistent with content calendars plus data reports.
