About the Role:

Marketing Automation & Email Campaign Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage marketing automation campaigns (email, drip, and nurture) tailored to US staffing business needs.
Manage end-to-end email campaign process – strategy, content coordination, list segmentation, testing, scheduling, and reporting.
Optimize campaigns for higher open rates, CTRs, conversions, and overall ROI.
Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to design candidate and client engagement workflows.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Maintain and enhance marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.
Build and manage candidate/client mailing lists and databases.
Stay updated with best practices in marketing automation, email deliverability, and staffing industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and email campaign management (preferably in US staffing/recruitment domain).
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong understanding of email marketing analytics, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and attention-to-detail skills.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital campaigns, and CRM integrations is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup.
