We're Hiring: 360° Digital Marketing Specialist:

360 Digital Marketing Specialist


If you're someone who lives and breathes content, campaigns, performance metrics, and has a strong understanding of digital strategy within the real estate industry — we’d love to meet you.


Key Responsibilities:


🧩 Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email, ORM) aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate with creative and marcom teams to develop project-specific digital plans and performance roadmaps.
  • Research competitors and market trends to create targeted digital campaigns and audience segmentation strategies.


📈 Performance Marketing & SEO

  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns for ROI and CPL targets.
  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts and coordinate with SEO agencies (if applicable).


📝 Content & Social Media

  • Oversee planning and execution of content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and agencies to create compelling creatives and content.
  • Monitor social listening, comments, and DMs to manage brand reputation and drive engagement.


🛠️ Website & CRM Integration

  • Manage and update website content and lead forms using

    WordPress CMS

    , ensuring seamless UI/UX and high conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal tech and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead flow from website to CRM.
  • Implement and manage

    UTM tagging

    ,

    API integrations

    , and

    tracking mechanisms

    for performance attribution and campaign optimization.


📊 Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to measure campaign performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimizations.


Required Skills & Experience

  •  6–8 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house, preferably in real estate/luxury/lifestyle segment)
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, etc.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and website CMS tools is a plus.
  • Strong command of data interpretation, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with cross-functional teams.
