We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and contribute to patient acquisition, brand visibility, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services and increase patient footfall.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Handle SEO, website updates, and social media content planning.
• Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and newsletters.
• Plan and coordinate health camps, promotional events, and community engagement programs.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and management for integrated marketing efforts.
• Track ROI and report marketing performance to the management team.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or service-based industry
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and content strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Candidates with healthcare marketing experience will be given preference
