Your Key Responsibilities: 🧠 Design & Build: Architect and develop sophisticated multi-modal recommendation systems leveraging a rich mix of text, images, and user behavior data. 📈 Optimize & Rank: Implement and fine-tune advanced ranking models and end-to-end personalization pipelines to enhance user engagement. 🤖 Embed & Extract: Utilize state-of-the-art models (like CLIP, BERT) and services (OpenAI APIs) to extract powerful text and image embeddings. ✍️ Prompt & Perfect: Take the lead on prompt engineering to create intuitive and effective language-based AI features. 🔍 Retrieve & Rank: Construct efficient retrieval and ranking pipelines using vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone for lightning-fast similarity search. ⚙️ Develop & Deploy: Build, maintain, and deploy robust ML APIs using FastAPI or Flask to serve our models at scale. 🧩 Integrate & Innovate: Seamlessly integrate third-party AI APIs or custom-trained models to continuously push the boundaries of what's possible. What You Bring to the Table: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an AI/ML engineering role. Python Proficiency: Strong command of Python and its core data science/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas). RecSys Expertise: Proven experience with recommendation systems, including collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid models, and ranking algorithms. Multi-Modal ML: Skilled in combining diverse data types—structured data, text (BERT/GPT), and images (CLIP/CNNs)—to build holistic models. Vector Search: Familiarity with vector similarity search concepts and tools (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus). LLM & Embeddings: Comfortable working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and various embedding techniques. API Development: Proficient in building and deploying production-ready APIs with FastAPI or Flask. RAG Systems: A solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. ✨ Bonus Points For: Exposure to or a keen interest in Generative AI for text, music, or other media.
