The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, inspecting work progress, maintaining safety standards, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing resources, scheduling, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Tamil Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and provide information Min 2 yrs experience in tele calling and customer service Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure Proficiency in managing and updating customer databases High level of motivation and a positive attitude Basic computer literacy skills Experience in the construction industry is a plus Diploma or Degree
