About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our marketing team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and a strong design aesthetic to help visually communicate our brand, projects, and promotions. If you have a passion for real estate, marketing, and eye-catching design, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality marketing collaterals such as brochures, hoardings, site branding, signage, digital ads, social media creatives, emailers, and presentations.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and translate them into compelling visual content.Create and manage visual assets for property listings, project walkthroughs, and digital campaigns.Ensure consistency in visual language and brand identity across all materials.Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production.Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or luxury/lifestyle sectors.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of real estate or marketing-related designs.Understanding of print and digital design best practices.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualities:Prior experience with real estate branding or visual storytelling for property campaigns.Motion graphics or video editing capabilities are a plus.Strong attention to detail and a sharp visual sense.Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback.
