Job Summary: The Product Management Team / Executive will assist in brand strategy execution, sales support, and marketing activities for pharmaceutical products in the Gynecology, Orthopedics, and Physician segments. The role requires market research, promotional material development, and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing & Brand Support Assist in the execution of brand strategies and marketing plans. Support in developing marketing campaigns for product promotion. Coordinate with design teams to create promotional materials (visual aids, brochures, etc.). Ensure timely distribution of marketing collaterals to the field team. 2. Sales Team Coordination & Training Support Provide product knowledge support to the sales team. Assist in organizing product training sessions and field visits. Gather market feedback and competitor insights to refine product positioning. 3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Track market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
